DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping NL/BE
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 business days, but this may sometimes take longer due to external factors. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we offer free shipping on orders over €100.
We work with PostNL for all local deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us with your tracking details. In the event of a failed delivery, PostNL will notify the recipient by email that a delivery attempt was made. The order will then be rescheduled for delivery or placed at the nearest pickup point for self-collection.
Return policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products are unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days at info@dileesa.nl. We will gladly assist you through the return process. Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged items
If your products arrive damaged, please let us know immediately. Send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to info@dileesa.nl, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order changes
Please note that we cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you if you inform us in time.
