How long will my order take to arrive?

We know you’re excited to light up your space! Orders are processed quickly and dispatched within 5-7 business days after your order is placed, but this may always take longer due to external factors.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we do! Enjoy free delivery on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided the candles are unused and in their original packaging. Simply contact us to start the return process.

What if my candles arrive damaged?

We handle our candles with care, but if they arrive damaged, please get in touch right away. Send us a photo of the damaged items, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
