Placing an order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not yet a final order confirmation. In rare cases, such as pricing errors or stock issues, we may need to adjust or cancel your order. If so, we will inform you and provide a quick refund.

Returns
Changed your mind? You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Notify us via info@dileesa.nl or use our optional withdrawal form. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product in its original, unused condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also cover shipping costs. If there is any damage upon arrival, please email us with a photo and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in euros (€) and include taxes. We accept iDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. In case of a pricing error, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

Delivery
We deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 business days, but this may take longer due to external factors. For deliveries, we work with PostNL. Free shipping applies to orders over €100. Once the order is delivered, you are responsible for the package. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.

Complaints
Have a complaint? Contact us at info@dileesa.nl. We will confirm receipt of your complaint and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

Product information
We strive to keep our product descriptions accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.

Liability
While we aim to provide excellent service, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond our control.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the Dutch courts.
