• Netherlands: €6.95. Free shipping for orders over €100.

• Belgium: €10.00. Free shipping for orders over €100.

Shipping area

We only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping time

• Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

• In the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered within 1 business day after shipping.

• In Belgium, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

• Note: During busy periods or due to external factors (such as holidays or unexpected circumstances), delivery times may be longer.

Exceptions

We do not ship on weekends or on the following dates:
January 1, April 9, April 10, April 26, April 27, May 18, May 28, May 29, December 5, December 24, December 25, December 26, and December 31.

Orders placed on these dates will be automatically postponed to the next business day.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
The tracking number will become active within 24 hours after shipping.

Damaged goods

If your package arrived damaged, please contact us at info@dileesa.nl. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and its contents. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
