RETURN POLICY

Conditions for returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • The product is unused.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

Note: Items with signs of use, scratches, or damages will be rejected and returned to the sender.

How to start a return

  • Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of our website navigation or click here to request a return.
  • Log in to your account:
    1. Enter your email address and click 'Continue.'
    2. Open the email you received from our webshop and copy the six-digit verification code.
    3. Return to the website and enter the verification code.
  • Click on the order for which you want to request a return.
  • If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.
  • Select a reason for the return.
  • Click 'Submit request.'

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return instructions

  1. Place the item in the original shipping box or another sturdy carton box.
  2. Fill out the return form and place it inside the box.
  3. Close and tape the box securely.

After processing your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend sending the package insured.

Refunds

  • You will receive a notification once we have received and inspected your return.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days.

Note:

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at info@dileesa.nl.

Exceptions

  • Returns for discounted items or gift cards will not be accepted.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@dileesa.nl.
Send us:

  1. A photo of the damaged item.
  2. Your order number.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
